As a leader of this virtual group Vanya Koonce intends to provide opportunity for coaches to learn from the most disruptive leaders in the coaching industry. "Coaching and Technology" will be a place where coaches could ask questions and share knowladge related to present technological trends, sowtware platforms, applications and the future of coaching. 

One-to-one coaching in an intimate Freudian-like setting is under pressure and could turn out to be a relic of the past, as the digital revolution and transformation process provides substantial disruptive potential for the coaching industry. One of the technologies that has been identified as a key player responsible for substantial future changes is artificial intelligence (AI). The author will present the findings of an interview study conducted with coaching and technology experts from around the globe.

Eric Urdahl is an American-German senior executive with 20 years of corporate experience in leadership roles in the digital marketing & media technology industry. He works as an International Consultant, High-Performance and Executive Coach out of Berlin (Germany) and is currently completing an MSc in Coaching and Behavioral Change at the Henley Business School (University of Reading, UK).
