In this engaging, surprising, and interactive session, learn (1) the reality of trauma and where it lives, (2) how trauma and chronic stress show up in coaching sessions and clients’ lives, (3) what to know and do to be more trauma-informed, and (4) one or two tools to better regulate your own nervous system as a coach.

By the end of this one-hour session, participants will:
(1) Understand the reality of what trauma is and how it shows up in coaching sessions and clients’ lives
(2) Gain clarity about how to be more trauma-informed (what to know and what to do)
(3) Obtain one practical tool for regulating their own nervous system as coaches.

Susana Rinderle, MA, PCC is a writer, transformational life & leadership coach, and a trauma-informed wellness practitioner. She has spent nearly 30 years garnering meaningful results for her employers and clients across the U.S. and abroad in multiple sectors including nonprofit, corporate, healthcare, education, and government. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a mentor coach, and a Certified Facilitator of The Resilience Toolkit. Susana’s first career was in diversity, equity & inclusion and she was the co-founder and first Manager of DEI for UNM Hospitals in Albuquerque. She is a former Principal Consultant for Korn Ferry and a TEDx speaker. Her articles have appeared in multiple commercial and academic publications.
