All Upcoming Events for ICF Orange County

We are building our local coaching community in 2023 with the intention of supporting our member coaches in building competence, credibility, and community in order to thrive this year.  

As you get to know each other well, you will increase your competence by sharing best practices, and from our programs focused on skill-building and business-building.  In our credentialing support program and with your association with ICF your credibility can build, and all of that comes from strengthening our community, which is one of our key areas of focus this year.  

Tonight we highlight community building as we bring Nahid Casazza back to dive more deeply into the coaches supporting coaches program.  Some of you will have attended our kick-off meeting and can share your experiences so far.  Similarly, tonight we will take you through a facilitated journey that enables you to build self-awareness, get personal insights, and get to know your fellow coaches at a deeper level.

Nahid Casazza (MBA, BCC) is the owner of Nahid Coaching & Mentoring, where she works with clients individually and in small groups to grow more effective as business leaders and independent professionals. She focuses on four critical areas of development: organization, communication, self-awareness, and leadership.

She developed the Success Team Program at NAWBO (National Association for Women Business Owners) which helped members accelerate their business success in professionally facilitated groups. Nahid served on the advisory board at Chapman University’s Leadership Services to develop a coaching program specifically for leaders. She has also served as a coach and mentor to MBA students at several universities including Pepperdine and Chapman and served in NAWBO’s mentoring program for business owners for more than a decade.

Nahid was President of the Orange County chapter of the International Coach Federation in 2007 and has been on the executive board for the past three years.
