This month our topic is The Game of Coaching with Michael Stratford, MCC!
Most people go through life and work playing by someone else’s game with someone else’s rules, with players they didn’t pick, and they’re wondering why they’re not winning…It’s a creatively effective, radically simple, and powerfully fun approach to winning the game of life. This is not about badges and leaderboards. It is about the 7 elements fundamental to ALL games. In the course of these 2 hours, we will play with as many of them as we can using Games, Puzzles, and Inquiry to help people approach their business with a more fun and playful attitude AND most likely experience more winning.
You can suffer and struggle through, making work hard and life harder, or you can play your way to success
This is about the game fitting you, not looking for a game where you can fit.
Takeaways from this event include:
A. Awareness of the 7 Key elements needing to be addressed in order for your life and business to feel like the best game you ever played.
B. That life is a made up game, and always has been. Which means you can modify the game to fit you.
C. The Game that fits you is the one that you will most likely succeed at with the least effort

Now he has added a Level 1 CTP called “Beginning of Coaching Mastery: Designed with Presence in Mind. He has also been an assessor for the ICF since 1999.
He’s also very excited that 2024 will be the debut of his long awaited, labor of love called MillionQuest: 7 Realms of Self-Mastery, which is like nothing ever seen or experienced before in the personal and professional development world. It is a truly Gamified Adventure experience both in person and online and ranges across ALL 7 Realms he has encountered in over 30 years in the role of coach.
In the field of Executive Coaching, he has earned a reputation for helping others achieve a level of excellence in communication, leadership, and team performance. Michael’s business client list is an exercise in diversification. It includes Finance/, IT, Energy, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Social Media, the Online Gaming World, Transportation, and even other consulting/ coaching providers. He has coached clients in every industry, in almost every profession, at every level, around the globe.
Michael is masterful in the Art of Provocative Inquiry for Leadership Development. His creativity, love of language, and sensing acuity have helped his clients align with emerging trends and personally congruent solutions.
In the field of Coaching, he was an early adopter (1992 was his first course), attaining the MCC designation from the ICF in 1999. In addition, he has created curriculum for 5 coach training organizations, has trained over 8,000 coaches worldwide, and written 4 books on coaching including Masterful Questions and The Game of Coaching.
He continues to love the privilege of working with people wanting to have a better life while being congruent with who they truly are.
