Our Presenters: Hassan Archer & Steve Kinney

Hassan is a fractional executive specializing in facilitating change management for technology and software companies. After completing his B.S. in Computer Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin, he worked at Microsoft for 8 years, followed by leadership roles at several startups and innovation labs.
After examining the causes of failed products and teams, he pursued a Master's degree Clinical Psychology, focusing on enacting change in complex systems. He combined both the technology and human elements of change management into the business he runs today as CEO of Hassan Archer Consulting LLC.
His practice is focused on quickly identifying and resolving issues at the technical product, organizational, and individual level.
