The Group Mentor Coaching Gym

2026 Series — Four Sessions — ICF Approved

Practice with intention. Get real feedback. Earn your hours.

What Just Got Upgraded?

The Coaching Gym you’ve trusted is back - and it’s evolved.

This is no longer just a place to practice. It’s now a full Group Mentor Coaching experience where you refine your coaching in real time, receive competency-based feedback from credentialed mentor coaches, and walk away with ICF mentor coaching hours.

This is rare. And at this price point, it’s almost unheard of.

What Is Mentor Coaching?

Mentor coaching is a collaborative, structured, and developmental process where a credentialed mentor coach observes you coaching and provides direct, competency-based feedback to enhance your skills, confidence, and effectiveness.

It’s one of the most powerful ways to close the gap between where your coaching is today—and where you want it to be.

ICF requires mentor coaching hours for every credential level. Typically, coaches invest significantly to earn them. Here, you get those hours in a live, peer-rich environment designed for real growth—at an accessible price point.

What You’ll Experience in Each Session?

Each session is built around live coaching practice, where learning happens from every angle. Whether you’re coaching, being coached, or observing, you’re building skill and awareness in real time.

  • Receive direct, in-the-moment feedback grounded in the ICF Core Competencies
  • Expand your confidence and coaching presence through real practice—not theory
  • Observe others coach and deepen your learning from the outside in
  • Earn 1.0 hour of Group Mentor Coaching (ACC or PCC) or 1.0 Core Competency CCEU

Sessions are capped at 20 participants—intentionally.

Because this work deserves depth, not just volume.

What Makes This Experience Unique?

This is a rare opportunity to receive expert mentor coaching outside of a formal training program or a high-cost private engagement—right here within your ICF Orange County community.

Each session is intentionally designed to:

  • Provide real-time, competency-based feedback you can apply immediately
  • Create space for reflection and integration after each coaching exchange
  • Offer multiple perspectives—as coach, client, and observer
  • Support your growth across the full four-session series
  • Connect you with a community of coaches committed to the craft

Come once or come to all four. Each session stands on its own—and together, they build something even more powerful.

Who This Is For?

This experience is designed for coaches at all stages who are committed to growing their craft—especially those working at the ACC or PCC level, whether you’re pursuing your credential or renewing it.

If you’re looking for a space to practice, receive honest feedback, and continue evolving as a coach—you’ll feel right at home here.

Note: This experience is not designed for MCC-level mentor coaching, which requires a different scope and structure.

READY TO LEVEL UP?

Your coaching deserves a room like this. A room with expert eyes, honest feedback, and peers who take the craft as seriously as you do.

Space is limited to 20 participants per session.

Nanor is a seasoned Leadership & Life Coach with over a decade of experience, dedicated to empowering individuals to unlock their talents, maximize their effectiveness, and become unstoppable in their success. She began her coaching journey with Accomplishment Coaching, a rigorous ontological coach training program, where she completed a one-year intensive and stayed an additional year to mentor new coaches. Earning her PCC early in her career, she has since expanded her expertise through multiple coaching methodologies, including Gallup Strengths-Based Coaching, Positive Intelligence, the Genco Method’s Neurologic Approach to Coaching, and, recently, through the R.I.M. Institute (Regenerating Images in Memory).

Nanor has played a pivotal role in designing and facilitating an ICF-accredited Level 1 coach training program, where she teaches and mentors coaches for over 3 years. With her training in the ICF PCC Marker Assessment, her recent completion of Advanced Certified Mentor Coach Training, combined with her deep, holistic listening and presence, she mentors coaches working toward their ACC and PCC credentials, providing insightful, developmental feedback that helps them refine their skills and build confidence.

Beyond coaching, Nanor has served in various leadership roles within ICF Orange County, including President. She currently holds the position of Director of Credentialing Support, demonstrating her commitment to advancing the coaching profession.
