Zoom (message ID will be emailed the evening before event)

This training session will provide a deeper understanding of the ICF Code of Ethics. You will gain clarity on interpretation of the various sections of code including the 2015 updates. There are also messages about ethical breaches that coaches have committed.
We will examine a coaching dilemma specific to how a coach might get into ethical hot water. There will be a working session reviewing a case study to determine potential breaches of the Code of Ethics as well as a deeper discussion around “course correction” —what could the coach have done differently to avoid the ethical problems.
In this webinar training, you will:
- Gain clarity on the most recent updates to the ICF Code of Ethics.
- Learn why these updates were made and what you need to be aware of.
- Learn from other coaches’ mistakes - so you can stay out of ethical hot water as a coach.
